Xcelling Services provides Notary services in our office or at any mutual location including your place of business, your home, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, jails, and more. Mobile services are available at an additional cost and should be scheduled by calling our office at (321) 972-8114.  Our services are accurate, reliable and professional. 

Notary Publics are authorized by law to perform six basic duties: 

> Administer oaths or affirmations 

> Take acknowledgements

> Attest to photocopies of certain documents 

> Solemnize marriage 

> Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs) 

> Certify the contents of a safe-deposit box 

We notarize all documents including: 

> Wills 

> Trusts 

> Advanced directives 

> Executorships 

> Custody and guardianship agreements 

> Power of attorney 

> Court documents

> Mortgage closing documents 

> Loan documents 

> Property deeds 

What should you bring to your appointment? 

All clients will need to provide a photo ID that is current or issued within the last 5 years and include a serial or other ID number. 

Examples: Florida ID card or drivers license, U.S. Passport, etc.
