What should you bring to your appointment?

•  ORI number for FDLE submissions
•  OCA number (If applicable) 
•  Government issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) 

Failure to provide the information above may lead to a rejection in your fingerprints.

You will be provided with a Transaction Control Number.
